Clinician Sign On Bonus up to $2,000

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study.

Must possess a current valid and unrestricted license or associate license from the state of Kentucky Mental Health Licensing Board.

Acceptable licenses are: LPCC (with capability to provide board approved supervision), LPCA, CSW and LCSW or other comparable licenses. 

Prefer to have 1 or more years in license.

Prefer knowledge of recovery, mental health and other co-occurring disorders and experience in working with addiction in a residential and / or intensive outpatient milieu.

Prefer experience working with various funding streams and ability to collaborate with our billing department.

Prefer experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.

General Responsibilities:

Clinical assessments, treatment, case management, consultation, referral and education according to the individual’s professional discipline. Services shall be provided in accordance with the established Kentucky mental health and substance abuse standards as well as within the scope of practice of the individual.

In conjunction with Clinical Supervisor ensure adherence to the required HIPAA and documentation requirements as identified by county , state and federal regulatory agencies;

Support the Clinical Director in program development;

Conduct psychosocial evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling to individuals, groups and families as needed to facilitate;

Maintain personal professional liability insurance;

Attend trainings for all clinical and program staff on Mental Health and AODE and other clinical topics relevant to services provided by Isaiah House Inc;

In collaboration with the Program Director oversee the audit of the clinical charts to insure adherence to county, state and federal statutes;

Participate with team case conference meetings on a weekly basis to ensure coordinated implementation of treatment plans and service utilization such that the comprehensive care of clients reflects the philosophy and objectives of Isaiah House Inc.;

In conjunction with the Clinical Director act as a liaison with other community service providers and agencies serving Isaiah House Inc. clients as needed;

Perform a semiannual self-evaluation;

Participate in program graduations and community addiction events as needed;

Perform other associated clinical duties as assigned;

Participate in “on call” rotation;

Provide professional liability insurance;

Assist and work with Clinical Director regarding strategic and long range planning as needed.

Be well versed in any and all policy’s procedures and rules.

Knowledge of recovery, mental health and other co-occurring disorders and experience in working with addiction in a residential and / or intensive outpatient milieu.

Medical Assistant

We are excited to announce the growth of Isaiah House. We currently have 1 long-term facility and 3 short term facilities for men. We are also opening a new short-term facility for women.The Isaiah House is looking for a 2nd Shift Medical Assistant to help assist our current Medical team with the increasing number of clients. The Isaiah House offers Christ-Centered addiction rehabilitation in conjunction with high-intensity case management services, clinical counseling and life skills training to help our clients transform every aspect of their lives.

Qualifications:

  • Prefer at least 2 years of experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent. * Prefer knowledge of recovery, mental health and other co-occurring disorders and experience in working with addiction in a residential and / or intensive outpatient milieu.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills. Can be post hire.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid Kentucky driver’s license.
  • American Heart Association CPR certification

Reports to: Medical Office Manager/LIP

The following are the duties of the above titled position:

  • Be well versed in all rules, policies, and procedures;
  • Complete all necessary competencies.
  • Perform/document vital signs, withdrawal scores, CLIA- waived testing such as blood glucose measurement and document/communicate progress of clients to LIP or medical treatment area personnel.
  • Ensure that Medical Rooms are clean
  • File medical papers on current and discharged clients
  • Fill hygiene requests weekly for all clients
  • Fill vitamin boxes weekly for all clients
  • Gather necessary info/papers/IDs/insurance cards prior to clients’ medical appointments;
  • Assist with appointment tracker entries
  • Maintain inventory weekly for first aid products for both centers
  • Maintain inventory weekly for hygiene products for both centers
  • Maintain weekly inventory of OTC products for both centers
  • Any other tasks assigned by the medical office manager or LIP
  • Knowledge of recovery, mental health and other co-occurring disorders and experience in working with addiction in a residential and / or intensive outpatient milieu.

Clinical Director

The Isaiah House is looking for a Clinical Director to join our family. We have facilities in Harrodsburg, Chaplin, Willisburg, and Danville KY. Isaiah House offers Christ-Centered addiction rehabilitation in conjunction with residential, outpatient services, MAT therapy services, intensive outpatient services, case management services, and clinical counseling services.

Qualifications:

As clinical director you must possess excellent management and mentoring skills. You must be an outstanding communicator, able to resolve conflicts and issues. You must also have a deep respect for policies and ethics and the ability to inspire that in others.

  • Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study.
  • Must possess a valid license from the state of Kentucky Mental Health Licensing Board.
  • Acceptable licenses are: LPCC, LCSW and LMFT.
  • Must have 3 years in license; with 2 years of clinical supervisory experience.
  • Must have knowledge of recovery, mental health and other co-occurring disorders and experience in working with addiction in a residential and / or intensive outpatient milieu.
  • Prefer experience working with various funding streams and ability to collaborate with our billing department.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.

General Duties:

  • Direct Clinical training with clinical team regarding ASAM and other clinical documentation.
  • Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development.
  • Coordinate client care, review treatment plans, case notes, pre-certs and written correspondence in order to verify that all meet county , state and federal agency standards;
  • Assist and work with CEO, President, and VP of Programs, regarding strategic and long range planning as needed.
  • Provide and/or coordinate clinical trainings for all clinical and program staff on Mental Health and AODE and other clinical topics relevant to services provided by Isaiah House Inc;
  • Collaborate with Program Directors in the development of policies and procedures relating to Isaiah House programs;
  • Develop, implement and evaluate clinical operations;
  • Knowledge of recovery, mental health and other co-occurring disorders and experience in working with addiction in a residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient milieu.
