Isaiah House is hiring for a part time APRN POSITION

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum Master’s degree in Nursing and be a current APRN with 2 years in license.
  • Must possess a current valid and unrestricted license from the State of Kentucky Licensing Board.
  • Prefer medical substance abuse background.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid Kentucky driver’s license.

APRN is responsible for general medical oversight of clients while participating in Isaiah House.

Isaiah House is hiring for a Full Time RN/Shift Nurse (Evenings and Weekends

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree is preferable.
  • Should possess a current, valid, and unrestricted license in the State of Kentucky.
  • No minimum experience required.
  • Prefer knowledge of recovery, mental health and other co-occurring disorders and experience in working with addiction in a residential and / or intensive outpatient milieu.
  • Prefer Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, fluid and stressful environment.
  • Possess a valid Kentucky driver’s license.

We are HIRING a STATISTICIAN

Mission:

To collect, analyze and interpret quantitative data. Provide the program Director with accurate and up to date data regarding the success or failure of each program. This information will be used for a variety of avenues to include program changes, future locations, influencing legislation, insurance providers, voucher programs, grants as well as use in marketing.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Associates degree preferred in mathematics, business, science or psychology or 1 year experience.
  • Background coordinating with varied departments to include I.T., PR and Marketing, Utilization, Clinical and Case preferred.
  • Demonstrated confidence and public relations presence.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
  • Work requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule and potential travel.
  • Work conditions are normal for an office environment and may require evening and weekend hours.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

We have a job opening for a THERAPIST

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study.
  • Must possess a current valid and unrestricted license or associate license from the state of Kentucky Mental Health Licensing Board.
  • Acceptable licenses are: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCA, CADC, CSW and MFTA.
  • Prefer to have 1 or more years in license.
  • Prefer knowledge of recovery, mental health and other co-occurring disorders and experience in working with addiction in a residential and / or intensive outpatient milieu.
  • Prefer experience working with various funding streams and ability to collaborate with our billing department.
  • Prefer experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.

General Responsibilities:

  • Clinical assessments, treatment, case management, consultation, referral and education according to the individual’s professional discipline. Services shall be provided in accordance with the established Kentucky mental health and substance abuse standards as well as within the scope of practice of the individual.
  • In conjunction with Clinical Supervisor ensure adherence to the required HIPAA and documentation requirements as identified by county , state and federal regulatory agencies;
  • Support the Clinical Director in program development;
  • Conduct psychosocial evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling to individuals, groups and families as needed to facilitate;
  • Maintain personal professional liability insurance;
  • Attend trainings for all clinical and program staff on Mental Health and AODE and other clinical topics relevant to services provided by Isaiah House Inc;
  • In collaboration with the Program Director oversee the audit of the clinical charts to insure adherence to county, state and federal statutes;
  • Participate with team case conference meetings on a weekly basis to ensure coordinated implementation of treatment plans and service utilization such that the comprehensive care of clients reflects the philosophy and objectives of Isaiah House Inc.;
  • In conjunction with the Clinical Director act as a liaison with other community service providers and agencies serving Isaiah House Inc. clients as needed;
  • Perform a semiannual self-evaluation;
  • Participate in program graduations and community addiction events as needed;
  • Perform other associated clinical duties as assigned;
  • Participate in “on call” rotation;
  • Provide professional liability insurance;
  • Assist and work with Clinical Director regarding strategic and long range planning as needed.
  • Be well versed in any and all policy’s procedures and rules.

Isaiah House is hiring for a Marketing PR Director POSITION

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related preferred with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Digital marketing experience on social media, forums and blogs. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented with strong follow up skills.
    Strong set of Photography skills preferred.

Responsible for working with key media partners we are involved with and maintaining those relationships. This position also includes responsibilities regarding event involvement. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments to create appropriate and compelling content that can be included in blog posts and shared through social channels. You will act as liaison on projects from both a product related standpoint and public relations within our industry and as well as on a local community level. You will be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the marketing department. This benefited position requires a flair for creative writing, exceptional editing skills, demonstrated media relations experience, familiarity with content management systems, design and video editing experience, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. You will work closely with the Director of Development and our President to implement aspects of the business and market development plan, including print, intranet and website communications; media relations; social media; and volunteer program.
