Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Intensive Outpatient Program (also known as IOP) is a treatment program aimed at continuing recovery therapies following successful detox. In this program, clients receive services through group therapy and individual therapy. Isaiah House’s Intensive Outpatient Program supports individuals as they progress on the path to long-term sobriety. Our program offers supportive care for those completing inpatient treatment or needing continued therapeutic support for drug and alcohol addictions.  Services are delivered by a highly educated and experienced treatment team, taking an individualized and holistic approach in order to assist the client in maintaining sobriety.

• Relapse Prevention Skills
• How to manage urges and cravings
• Understanding the Brain Chemistry of Addiction
• Progression of the Disease of Addiction
• Introduction to the Twelve Steps and Self-help Groups
• Spirituality
• Stages of Change
• Anger Management
• Focus on co-occurring Disorders and the Effects on Addiction and Recovery
• Family education
• Trigger Identification and Coping Skills
