Medication-Assisted Treatment

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the use of FDA- approved medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a “whole-patient” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders.

Our philosophy for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) encourages freedom from long-term maintenance within 6-7 months. Our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) utilizes a psychiatrist, medical doctors, and nurse practitioners to prescribe buprenorphine or Vivitrol to clients that are admitted to a holistic program. The OTP will have intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient (OP) levels of care with an aftercare program that further assists clients in returning to a healthy, productive lifestyle.

Program Services

  • Individual Psychotherapy
  • Group Psychotherapy
  • Targeted Case Management
  • Peer Support Services

Supports are in place to promote spiritual, educational, social, and recovery-oriented activities that assist in leading a purposeful, fulfilling life. Clients will receive ongoing MAT through the use of Vivitrol to decrease the potential for relapse while in aftercare.

MAT therapy is offered at our Danville IOP.  (several other locations due to open soon)

We have OPEN BEDS for men with Kentucky Medicaid. Our Admissions team is standing by to answer your call.
