Our treatment centers adhere to the highest standards in the industry. Isaiah House has been a state-licensed Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE) since 2010 and a state-licensed Behavioral Health Service Organization (BHSO) since 2014. In 2015, Isaiah House became one of the few treatment centers in the state of KY achieving national accreditation by Joint Commission. Joint Commission evaluates nearly 21,000 health care organizations and programs in the United States. It is the nation’s oldest, largest and most prestigious standards-setting and accrediting body in health and treatment care. This accreditation is the gold standard of quality service and provides assurance that our clients are receiving the highest level of performance and service.
We understand that addiction impacts every aspect of a person’s life and therefore our professional staff assist each client in every aspect of their life including the spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, legal, educational, financial and relational dimensions.
RESIDENTIAL – Patricia’s Place – Kentucky Medicaid Plans Accepted
We offer up to 28 days of residential treatment at Patricia’s Place, a 16 bed Medicaid facility for men. While residing in this beautiful, tranquil setting, you will be offered services including:
Individualized Treatment Planning
Family Telephonic Consultation
Legal/Financial Case Management
Drug and Alcohol Testing
Discharge/Relapse Prevention Planning
12 Step Program
Alcohol and Other Drug Education
Health and Exercise Activities
At the end of this program, clients have the option to transition t Isaiah House’s main campus for extended treatment.
What to bring:
- 10 changes of clothes
(No sleeveless shirts)
- 4 pairs of shoes
(1 shoes, 1 sneakers, 1 boots, 1 shower shoes)
- 10 pairs/ socks
- 10 pairs/ underwear
- Laundry basket
- Any prescribed medications (Non-narcotic)
- State ID and Birth Certificate
- Insurance card (if applicable)
- Up to $100 for personal items to be purchased after entry.
Please do not bring:
- Cell phones
- Pocket knives
- Bleach products
- Food or drinks
- Personal hygiene products (these will be provided)
- Electronics of any kind
- Expensive jewelry
- Playing cards
- Books or magazines
- Coat hangers
- Personal vehicles
