Women's Locations

We have four centers designed specifically for women located in South-Central Kentucky.

The Four Phases of Recovery

The Isaiah House is a program divided into four phases. These phases allow women to focus on getting better with the help of a caring team that provides excellent clinical services. They also offer peer support counseling, which is an essential part of Isaiah House.

75% of graduates who graduated from the 4 phase Isaiah House program have maintained their recovery more than 2 years after graduation.

1. Foundation

The Foundation Phase lays the groundwork for clients to be successful in long-term recovery. During this phase, participants will receive personalized withdrawal management services, weekly one-on-one clinical sessions and 6 hours of clinical services & structured activities daily.

2. Restoration

During the Restoration Phase, clients begin an Intensive Outpatient Program where they continue receiving personalized care from clinical and medical professionals addressing health & wellness and behavioral health. Community partners also provide job skills training to clients, and the Center for Trait-Based Transformation offers them eligibility to begin an eight-week Leadership Academy.

3. Acclimation

In the third phase, clients start acclimating back to many of the normalities of everyday life with community engagement playing a key role. Clients will have access to educational opportunities, with the option to complete their GED or work toward completing a certificate program. During this phase, clients actively seek job placement and transition to transitional living.

4. Transformation

After completing the first three phases, clients transition to the transformation phase. During this final stage, clients can continue residing in Isaiah House transitional living or may return home to complete their program and will still have access to monthly clinical services. They receive support to not only continue growing within their communities but also to pursue career goals and strive for associate or bachelor's degrees.

Education, Work & Housing

In the later stages of the recovery process, our clients have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally with our workforce development program. Clients may take GED classes, college classes, and vocational training, which are provided by our partners like Adult Education, EKCEP, Campbellsville University, BCTCS, and ECTCS. Our campuses have resources for education and job training on site.

When it comes to housing, clients are able to stay at one of our campuses designed just for women. We also have quality and clean recovery housing available. Several of these houses are certified by the National Association of Recovery Residences, and our recovery, transitional, and sober living houses are considered excellent examples for the state of Kentucky.
